Hotel is lovely and in a great spot for getting around. The rooms are clean but quite small but was sufficient for a weekend trip. It had everything you needed though. We used the bar quite a few times as it was lovely to come back after a full day walking around and sit on the comfy sofas with a drink, in order to recharge. It didn’t stay open late which was a shame as a night cap would have been nice. Breakfast is somewhat repetitive and if you go down towards the end there is no hot water for the tea and limited types of milk left. Neither were replenished when I asked if I could get more. Staff didn’t seem very happy either. I would definitely stay again but go room only and go for breakfast elsewhere.

Terrific hotel! From booking to check in nothing was a problem. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The location was fantastic ! Reception staff were kind friendly and helpful. Great stay and would absolutely stay at the property again

Lighting: The lighting in the bar felt a bit too bright, which affected the cozy ambiance. Adjusting to softer, more atmospheric lighting could greatly enhance the overall vibe. 2. Cocktails: The knowledge around cocktail preparation could use some improvement. For example, the Old Fashioned—a classic drink—didn’t quite meet expectations. A helpful tip might be to ask guests their preference for the base spirit, such as bourbon or rye, to ensure it aligns with their taste. Seeing as though the reception staff are the first contact a guest receives they need a better attitude, not one of cant be bothered. After that though we had a great experience and the hotel was in a brilliant location for all areas of the city

Absolutely great stay at this hotel, we all loved it, clean, no noise whatsoever through the night, great location and pleasant staff, just one little moan, no toaster in the restaurant at breakfast time, other than this top hotel in a great place, we will definitely be coming back,👍🏼

Lovely hotel. Decor great, staff lovely. Our only complaint are the plastic mattress protector sheets that cause and uncomfortable nights sleep and make you very warm. Also the rooms are very very hot.

Booked this hotel via EasyJet holidays. It was rated three star and was expecting 3 star quality. I was surprisingly impressed to see that this hotel had 4+ standard rooms, service and overall vibe. I would highly recommend people stay here and do not be put off with the 3 star rating

Third time at this hotel. Excellent location. Near Old town. Very nice breakfast. Very polite staff. The food in the restaurant was very good especially zurek soup. I will definetely stay here next time

I had the pleasure of staying at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Krakow, and it was truly an exceptional experience! First and foremost, the location is fantastic—just a short distance from the beautiful Old City, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring the charming streets of Krakow. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and designed with comfort in mind. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—absolutely stunning! There was such a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that it felt more like a feast than a meal. It was the perfect way to start each day. Another standout feature is the wonderful staff, especially the young personnel working at the hotel. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Their enthusiasm and warmth added a special touch to the overall experience. In summary, Leonardo Boutique Hotel Krakow exceeded all my expectations. Great location, spacious and comfortable rooms, a fantastic breakfast, and a team that truly cares about their guests. Spent mon - fri in this lovely hotel. All the staff were helpfull, always had a smile. Nothing was to much trouble. The food we e joyed a d the hotel was relaxing. Would definately recommend and return again.

From the moment we entered the hotel we were impressed with the decor, especially as it was all decorated for Christmas. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was brilliant. It was clean, spacious and furnished really nicely. There were lovely little touches such as the moon lamp. The views from the room were lovely, overlooking the park. It is only 5 mins walk to the main market square and everything is really close by. The bar is small but comfortable and the food there was tasty. Overall I really hope that I will be able to visit this hotel again.

Had a lovely 2 night stay .. perfect location for the old town

Hotel is ideally situated for the old town and Christmas markets. Just a short walk to everything. Our room overlooked the main road and it was noisy with the trams and then the park workers cleaning leaves with very noisy machines. Room was clean and tidy, beds are firm, plenty of pillows, small bathroom. I would stay here again as the location is great.

Great hotel in a brilliant location. Easy to walk to the Jewish quater, Castle and old market square. There is a little noise from the trams on the street outside but that added to the experience in our opinion. The breakfast was limited and no consistent with options there was bacon only available on 1 of the days and on that day there were no beans.

From the time we checked in every one was extremely helpful and any assistance was no problem. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of different foods. Rooms were comfortable. Only a short walk to the main square.Would highly recommend this hotel

Great hotel in a great location. Need to get a rear facing room due to the noise of the trams. Only issue with the rooms is the shower door, you can only open by pulling from the top, not good if you are short or are a child.

I would like to say what a lovely hotel this was, the staff were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I ate in the bar on two occasions and one of the meals was not what we expected, we were more than happy to put it down to experience but the staff would not hear of it and gave my wife an alternative F.O.C. On one of the days we stayed we had to catch a very early mini bus which meant it was too early for breakfast but again the staff came to the rescue and provided two wonderful pack ups. The room we had was lovely clean and comfy, I wanted to take the bed home with me it was so comfy. Anyway, I could not recommend this hotel enough and would like to end this review by thanking the Leonardo Boutique Hotel our sincere thanks for a memorable stay in your lovely City

The staff are extremely friendly a. helpful nothing is too much trouble. Location wise it's perfect with just a 10 min walk to the square in one direction a. similar to Kazimeeez in the other.

Great location and easy access to all tourist attractions. My room was spotless, comfortable and had brilliant coffee and tea facilities. All food and drinks in the bar were very reasonably priced. The bar staff were helpful and accommodating. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel staff helpful and friendly it was nice to see all young staff doing a great job Only down side was unable to check in until 3pm and had arrived about 10.30 am . luggage was kept by the hotel though.i would highly recommend this hotel to others

Lovely hotel in good location close to Old Town. Reception Staff extremely helpful in arranging a last minute trip for us and gave us lots of help and tips, they all seemed very knowledgable. Bay staff very attentive. Will definitely use this hotel again when we return to Krakow.
