I loved the hotel and will probably be back at some point. The location is Amazon and the pool areas were great for kids and had lovely views for adults. The room was great and again, we loved the views from the balcony.

Nice hotel and lovely staff. Superb location and nice views. Only small downside is the lack of vegetarian/vegan options of food. It seems to be quite common overall in Spain that only veggie options are carb heavy and no thought to make it protein rich too. Would recommend hotel and location

Great hotel

This is the third time my wife and I have visited. It is a great family destination with a good mix of clients from all over Europe. It's a great place for a quiet break nowhere near the night clubs for which Ibiza is renowned. We just did five days which was really good value and long enough to recharge the batteries. The only down side was the relatively long transfer due to stopping at several other hotels on the way which were a long way out of the way resulting in a 25 minute trip taking around 1:30. I would hire a car or pay for a private transfer to avoid this if you can.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly.. food choice was brilliant, always something different to choose and I’m a fussy eater.. would def recommend and return as value for money is spot on. I do think in parts the hotel is dated and needs refurbishing but it didn’t spoil our holiday!

Excellent stay. Rooms are small and need a bit of attention in areas. Restaurant was excellent. All info was available on the hotel website and entertainment was advertised on board clearly outside the dining room. There are a lot of families that want to be around the pool and this is difficult. It was clear what was available on the all inclusive drinks. It was possible to request other drinks at a small supplement. Location is beautiful and is surrounded by good eating places.

Very beautiful hotel. We found all the staff friendly and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!! All fresh and so much to choose from. The pool was great but have to be quick with your towels!! We favoured the beach just out the back of the hotel but you have to pay for the beds/umbrella (18€ a day, 2 beds& umbrella). Stunning views. The hotel is situated in a great place and Es Cana didn’t disappoint. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely lovely holiday for my teenage daughter and myself. Lovely clean hotel. Staff approachable and helpful. The food was gorgeous- both great variety everyday and really tasty! Loved the themed nights. Really clean in the Restaurant. The surrounding area is stunning- perfect balance fairly quiet, but plenty to do if you want to! Nice little walks.Beaches superb, lovely clear calm sea, good for young kids too! Really cute harbour , about a short 10 minute walk away from hotel. Sunsets stunning !!! 😁 Only niggles air conditioning not good- really uncomfortable to sleep at night, and need more sun beds- unless up before 8 am- none available. Oh and beds really comfy too! All in all fab time, fab memories in Sunny Ibiza. Would 100% recommend! :)

The only negative thing to say is the lack of sun loungers and sun beds around the pool area (and quantity of Bali beds), as families were clearly reserving them in the early Morning and then leaving them all day. Other than this we cannot fault the hotel and the view from our room was fantastic.

The hotel is lovely and clean, in a great location and generally the staff were really helpful. It was quite stressful trying to get the right configuration of beds to start with, but after that we enjoyed our stay very much. On the hotels.com booking page it said we had a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. I messaged the hotel a couple of months in advance and said that my friend is in a wheelchair and if there was a suitable room that would be amazing and that he would need to be in the bedroom and myself and my girlfriend would be on the sofa bed in the living area. When we arrived there was a double bed in the bedroom and only a single bed in the living area. My girlfriend had arrived earlier and tried unsuccessfully to get another single bed for the living area and I had been emailing on our way there to try and sort this out too. But we were told my disabled friend had to sleep on the single bed and we would have to be in the bedroom. This is not possible due to his disability. Eventually when we arrived and spoke with the lovely evening staff (unfortunately I didn't get their names) they managed to sort out another single bed for the living area (we just pushed the two single beds together at night and apart in the daytime) and all was good for the rest of the stay. But it was stress that wasn't needed. Especially as in the end what we'd been asking for all day and were told wasn't possible was the exact same thing that was done in the end. One other thing is that my friend in the wheelchair couldn't get out onto the patio on his own due to there being the bottom of the sliding door frame in the way. Which meant if he was left on his own he could either be inside or outside all the time, he couldn't go from one to the other. It was frustrating for him, especially as the room was generally set out really well for wheelchair users. The bathroom especially had all the rails, handles and extra room he needed. A simple ramp either side of the frame would have enabled him to get in and out.
