First of all, the location of your hotels was well chosen. Because we first stayed at your Cologne Airport hotel on this trip. The staff at both of your hotels were very hospitable. The young Egyptian man at the reception at your airport hotel was very hospitable. When I called, the shuttle arrived in a few minutes. He spoke very clear English. I can write the same for all your staff. (Except for HK, but that can't be expected anyway) Congratulations. A similar comment to this is on tripadviser.

We have stayed several times over the past few years and the hotel never disappoints! Staff are excellent

Very nice hotel ideally located on the outskirts of Aachen very close to the motorway. The staff were very friendly and had no problems conversing with us. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable, and warm. We had a bath with overhead shower, plenty of storage space, Kettle, and a coffee machine. We will definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending.

Good position for access to city by bus, though also walkable for those so inclined. A couple of good local restaurants for dinner. A bit surprised to have to pay for parking in a hotel of this size out of the city. Some confusion over parking payment, as I seemed to pay twice? Otherwise a friendly hotel, with good rooms and excellent breakfast.

From start to finish, all was as expected. Friendly staff, nice room, clean and tidy, fast internet, good breakfast buffet. Furnishings were a little tired but on the whole OK. 1 negative for me was the totally impractical shower screen, which might not have been there. I’m not fond of paddling on the bathroom floor after my shower!

I had a fantastic stay with my family! the check-in was warm and genuine. We booked 2 rooms, they offered us a connecting room which was great! Yes, the hotel can use an update but with the clean rooms and splendid service of the staff you do not need anything else. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Love your city! we are coming back. Tip. leave your car at the hotel and take bus 51 to the city centre. This bus runs almost every 10 minutes towards the city and also back to the hotel.

We came in late and was friendly greeted. we slept well in our comfy beds and had a great breakfast next day before leaving We were passing through and would stay here again

Overall very good hotel for business people and Family people because it’s clean and nice hotel

We checked very late in the night, around 3am. The reception was open and a very friendly women received us kindly and provided us my family (wife and 2 Kids) and with all the things we needed to be comfortable. The room was big and very clean. The internet is fast and stable and I used the Business Room to work quietly in good atmosphere for almost 2 hours.
