Enjoyed the hotel swimming pool and the local venue's for swimming very much. The staff I interacted were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a very nice variety of good food.

We like the location of the hotel and they have redecorated it nicely but the guests are very inconsiderate, shouting throughout the night and slamming, doors and at breakfast one couple was packing the breakfast food into their bag taking dozens of rolls & cupcakes, filling a bottle with the buckwheat and packing cold cuts, vegetables and fruit; it was truly shocking to see and very upsetting. We kept looking at them in disgust as this will only make it more expensive for us the next time we stay.

The staff were really nice. The hotel has a good location and is conveniently close to the center of town. The room was quite spacious and comfortable but was freshly painted and the smell of paint was strong. We did not take advantage of the spa center as guests were expected to be naked in the sauna which is not something we are used to.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and everything was perfectly organized. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Special thanks to the young lady at reception who went above and beyond - when I needed to make an urgent WhatsApp call and had issues with my phone, she kindly let me use her personal phone. I don't remember her name, but this level of service and personal care made my stay truly memorable.

Secluded, quiet, clean, good neighborhood, walkable to city, easy acces to and from Autobahn

The hotel it's located closed to the centre, 10 minutes walking your get there. And they have parking. Also Gym and staff were very friendly.

They refurbished the hotel nicely but they don't have a towel heater in the bathrooms which is always nice to dry and heat your towels and robes. The door to the room opened on the wrong side so you had to squeeze in with your bags between the door and the wardrobe. The TV was not centered with the bed which was odd and the room lighting was nice but not bright enough for packing or doing paperwork. The pillows are too big and square they need to have a normal size pillow. The reception staff never once acknowledged me when I walked past the 3 days we were there and they weren't busy!

The hotel and its offerings were a pleasant surprise for us as there was little information on the website. Located in a quiet neighborhood and with free parking, it was an easy 10-15 min walk into the center. The spa and gyms were top notch. The only comment I’d have is the reception staff could be a bit more friendly. We asked for a few things that weren’t in the rooms, and they provided them, but I felt like I was interrupting them. The spa area had no towels when we visited so we had to go to the front desk in our bath robes to ask for them.

Absolutely amazing hotel that made my 30th truely memorable

I would highly recommend this hotel. From the moment I stepped inside, I had a good feeling and there was a great atmosphere. The reception areas and lounge areas are so inviting and comfortable and stylish. I loved that everywhere was very spacious and not cramped. It was warm and clean and the interior design was elegant and cosy. Our room was stunning - very quiet with a beautiful Mountain View. Everything was clean and the bathroom and shower were luxurious. We appreciated all the little details like the complementary water, the dressing torches at the bedside, the coffee machine and tea in room, the nice flat screen TV, the spacious room etc. we would love to stay in this hotel again and would certainly choose a Leonardo hotel in another destination. We chose here because of the price, the car parking included, and we read lots of other great reviews about the place. If we had more time, we would have used the spa facilities- pool, sauna, gym. It feels like a boutique hotel. The water and sweets and fruit at reception were also a nice touch. We enjoyed delicious cocktails at the bar. Christan who checked us in, and Kamce, who made our cocktails were both fantastic. Danke Schön

Slightly disappointed with my stay at the hotel. Attractions that made me book in the first place were shut and younger staff in reception were not particularly welcoming. The lady from Namibia however (Samia?) was excellent and others could learn from her people skills. Quality of rooms good.

The Leonardo hotel is a sweet hotel stay in walking distance to the old town of Baden-Baden with free parking on site. It is hidden in a cosy neighbourhood of Lichtental.

I want to thank all of the staff that this hotel have, they were so helpful and friendly and respectful, I hope to visit Leonardo hotel when I come to Baden-Baden again, And It will be my first choice, Thanks to all of the employees 🌷

I really really nice experience despite the fact that everything was being refurbished. Would love to revisit when everything is working as it should.

The stay was nice, room was spacious and had been freshly renovated. Staff were really helpful. The only issue was the air conditioning, which is extremely weak. We had one room at the side of the building where there had been sun the whole day, A/C was never going to cool that down even at max power since this has barely any and the room was a complete Sauna. The other room had no direct sun but A/C never managed to make a noticeable difference. Room orientation was key. This really need checking for the warmer days.
