The hotel is a very good one and offers good value for money spent.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms aren't spacious, but are clean, and equipped with kettle and coffee machine. Free bottle of water supplied each day. A word of caution ⚠️ the bath tub is very deep and slippery. If using it as a shower, there really needs to be some provision for older people using it. I'm approaching 70 and managed, but not all guests of my age group could.

Do not hesitate to book it, has a nice location and excellent services.

nice and quiet hotel with good breakfast. rooms of a high standard, although they could be a little larger. In the bathroom, I prefer a typical shower instead of a bathtub with a shower, but it's not a big problem

- room renovation in near future necessary - cleaning of ventilation fllter in bathroom regulary necessary - climate unit default very bright lamp during night could not be tourned off) - staff could not repair during weekend.

Nice, tranquil locality of the hotel. Modern rooms with very comfortable bed, trendy equipment and clean bathroom. Minibar, kettle and coffe maker in the room are really useful. Breakfast was really excellent with great variety, even for a vegetarian. Last but not least, friendly and helpful staff.

Quit nice hotel for a family trip in south east Berlin.

Overall the hotel was really nice. It had one of the best reviews in the area. It was located fairly close to the mall and restaurants. The front desk receptionist was very nice. That was probably the quickest check in/ check out ever! My only complaint was the AC being off for the winter. It was warm enough in the room that the open window was not enough and my sleep was rather uncomfortable. But that's my opinion and preference and it would not stop me from coming back or recommending this hotel.

We appreciated the location of the hotel as it was near the apartment of our daughter who was expecting our first grandchild. Having the Netto Market and the Il Nuevo Restaurant next door to the hotel was VERY much appreciated! Good location for our needs.

Our short 3 night stay was amazing and it felt like home. Ijaz and Nicole at the breakfast restaurant were friendly, professional and exceptional. We will definitely be staying at the hotel when we visit beautiful Berlin again.
