Arrived at The Leonardo Mitte - lovely welcome from the reception staff. The hotel was decorated nicely and kept pristinely clean. Our room was very nice, a bit on the compact size but overall kept very well. It would be nice to have had a diffuser attachment for the hairdryer but am aware most hotels sadly don't offer this. The hotel was in a great location, we were able to walk to most places. We had drinks in the bar one evening, the barman was very friendly and the cocktails were great.

Great location in the heart of the city, very near to train station and a lot of restaurants nearby, room was spotless, a bit small as expected but not an issue for few days. Would prefer if lunch or dinner menus are available in restaurant. The staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended

Whilst the rooms are a bit small, they are clean and very functional. All new furnishings, very comfortable (although the beds are quite hard, if that’s not your thing). Really conveniently located next to the Friedrichstraße station and tram/bus stops.

This hotel is ideally placed for travelling all around Berlin either by train or on foot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enough to set you up for the day with either hot or cold offerings. We would definitely come back here

The staff at this hotel were impeccable always helpful and smiley. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed, loved the hot light to dry things after cold wet days! Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The shower was broken it kept popping off the wall out of its holder and the last couple of nights there was a buzzing noise perhaps from the vent. But I would highly recommend this hotel it has a perfect location and is the ideal place to rest after a long day exploring.

Fantastic hotel. Clean rooms and very helpful staff. This hotel is close to many tourist attractions and underground. Very helpful reception staff and free coffee over the morning. Great selection at breakfast with attentive staff . Would definitely stay here again.

nice for visiting places ,everything is on walking way to be visit ,hotel is big but not noisy , a bit crowdy at the breakfast but good quality, variety can be better

Besides the fantastic location, I was impressed by the friendly and approachable staff. They went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable! I was supposed to stay at another hotel right across but found this one to be warmer, cozier, and much more reasonably priced. Thank you!

The hotel is really perfect. The location is in the center of the town. There is train station next to it, from which you can go to airport and everywhere in the town. In addition, there are many restaurants and bars next to it. Furthermore many of the sights which you can visit on foot from the hotel. The hotel is very very well condition and it is very clean. Also, the room are very clean and spacious. Finally, the stuff is extremely polite and helpful.

I came as part of a seminar that I accompanied and I had an excellent experience. You have a good Safed. Stephanie and Victoria were lovely and kind. Also the rest of the staff in the cafeteria, a technical person were all very kind.Tnx

A well appointed hotel close to all major transport hubs, with many points of interest within walking distance. Very polite, very helpful multi lingual staff. A little more expensive than others we could have stayed but it came recommended. I thought we'd booked breakfast within the price but must have misread. An extra 22euros each seemed a lot! Having said all that, we both enjoyed our stay very much.

Very friendly staff, who were more than helpful with any questions we had, giving us directions, and advice. From reception staff to bar staff exemplary service. Room a little small...but not small enough to stop me staying there again

From start to finish the staff were excellent. Unfortunately I left my wallet at hotel with a number of cards and cash in it. Was returned to me without a penny missing. Perfect location for weekend away

Great location in a beautiful spot by the river. Nearby, there are many different types of restaurants. The train station, tram stops, and many attractions are within walking distance. The rooms have a kettle and a refrigerator, so you can prepare breakfast yourself if you wish. Supplies can be obtained from the store at the nearby Friedrichstrasse station, which is also open on Sundays (all others are closed!). The rooms and bathrooms are exceptionally well designed. There are multiple elevators, so you can reach the floors quickly. A perfect place to stay and a perfect location. Nothing to complain about!

This hotel was in a fabulous location. Cross the bridge from Friedrichstrasse station and you are there. Close to restaurants, Brandenburg gate and easy access to the river and train system. Rooms were a little small with 2 suitcases.

I had an incredible stay at Leonardo Hotel Berlin. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable and got the room at 11 o'clock, although check-in starts at 15. . The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was super friendly, providing me with helpful tips for exploring the area. The room was spotless, not so spacious, but beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could ask for—comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, mini-fridge and tea. The housekeeping team was thorough, and the room was refreshed daily. The location of the hotel is fantastic! It’s within walking distance of several great restaurants, shops, and major attractions, making it very convenient for both leisure and business travelers.

Easy access to transport networks. By the river with plentiful bars and restaurants. Excellent location and within walking distance of major tourist sites. Clean, comfortable room.

Easy check in. Staff really friendly kept our bags until room was ready. Let us in a bit early. Love the free snacks at reception. Nice touch.
