We have had a fantastic stay at the hotel during the New Year period and are looking to book again in the Summer. From arrival right through to departure we experienced such a welcoming and friendly team of staff who work above and beyond to make your stay as perfect as possible. Keep up the perfect work Team Leonardo!

Nice,helpfull and serviceminded.We had a problem during our last night,the neighbour(room) played really loud music,we couldn’t sleep at all-he solved it in one minute). Thanks!!

A disappointing holiday but not the hotels fault. We don't hold the hotel responsible for the weather .

Hotel was excellent except it could be much better if there was regular entertainment in the Lobby Bar

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to Fuengirola centre and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach.. We had breakfast that was fresh and good selection of items. The bar had a happy hour , 2 for the price of one. We will definitely use the hotel again

The only thing I would mention, is the room 1032 is next to the cleaning room and the staff were noisy talking outside of our door,at 8 o’clock in the morning.But overall our experience was very good. Happy Xmas.

The hotel is well staffed and all of whom very friendly and approachable. My wife and I believe that the 4 Star rating of the hotel is well deserved. The Leonardo Hotel is close enough to Fuengirola's town centre yet far enough to avoid the more "lively" aspects of the town.

This hotel exeeded all our expectatiins. From the helpfull friendly staff to the cleanliness . The beds amazingly comfy, white fluffy towels, complimentary tea, coffee and water. The shower was perfect and just nice temp.we will be back

It was out anniversary and we booked Leonardo in fuengirola staff at reception were fabulous we were given an upgrade on our room which was wonderful all staff work very hard to make our stay memorable thanks so much

we arrived at 11ish and expected to be told leave cases and com back but room was ready we was on the 11th floor great views room cleaned every day.pool clean and you get towels hotel is in a great location for town beach bars food

I have stayed in this hotel before it is a great location and meets the requirements for my stay in the area. I did feel the room I had this time was not up to the standard of the previous one. The bathroom was particularly tired and grubby particularly the shower area it was blocked up when we arrived and we had to call for maintenance. The maintenance was not well done tiles not up to the door frame around the toilet badly finished. The grout was dirty and the soap dispensers were old and not very nice looked worn The shower tray marble looked very dirty and stained. The ceiling panels were blowing up and down if the patio was open I would not want to stop in this room on another visit and would hope the others were not in the same state.

We chose this hotel for its location. The reviews were mostly positive and after stopping in Fuengirola for a short break for a number of years we wanted somewhere a little more refined than our previous choices. We weren't disappointed and will definitely recommend to friends and family. We didn't use the pool preferring the beach, but it looked well maintained and I saw it being cleaned each evening. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on their offer. All staff were friendly we encountered. In the room the fridge was smaller than we are used to, but this is a hotel room and not an apartment, but it absolutely did the job and kept things cold. A small point, the Lor coffee machine in the room needs larger cups/mugs as it produces more coffee than the cup supplied can hold, after one experience of this we utilised the espresso cup to stop the overflow. All in all a lovely hotel that we will return to.

I first stayed at the Leonardo Fuengirola when they were in the middle of their renovations. Despite this, the staff made it a lovely stay. Now that the work has finished it is absolutely stunning. Although I went out and didn't use the bar areas and dance floor, I could appreciate what a really nice space it was. It is very central and right opposite the beach. The rooms are lovely and, unusually, there are a number of English TV channels to choose from. I will only book this hotel when visiting again.

A fantastic holiday break the Leonardo is not to be faulted.

We spent a long weekend at the Hotel Leonardo. The hotel was apparently full but certainly did not feel like it was. Such a convenient location. Condition of room and the communal areas was very good. Comfy bed, so we slept well. Would stay again

Our stay was lovely and enjoyed the spa (was surprised it’s extra charge though) with lovely Antonia making sure me and my 6 year old had a great time, we even had a massage which my daughter loved. The breakfast and waiting staff came across rather unfriendly and seeing this and the fact it was quite busy, we didn’t bother having food in the hotel. The reception staff was friendly apart from one night where unnecessary drama and upset was caused to all of us especially our daughter when her dad arrived few days after us! This was very badly handled and to my shock the police called!! I had to carry my sleeping daughter down the reception at 1am to diffuse the situation. The police were nice and understanding but the receptionist put us through such trauma all because some misunderstanding that should have been sorted next morning. The supervisor agreed with me but we haven’t been approached by the general manager at all about this in any form of apology. For feedback on another matter , having all that space available around the reception a small kids corner would be beneficial as there’s nothing for kids at the hotel. Not even crayons… so therefore I find the hotel rather family unfriendly. On a positive side as mentioned the room was very specious and a fantastic location.

Everything was good, except for the length of the bed . As a 190cm tall man the bed was too short. It the bed was longer I would definitely stay at Leonardo again.

Money was stolen out of my hotel room by cleaners of the hotel I was very unhappy when the member of staff was confronted she got very panicky and flustered

We stayed at the Leonardo Fuengirola for 10 nights, its a fantastic hotel. In a great location, right across from the beach, its in the heart of all the places to go, with lots of nearby restaurants a. bars. The hotel is clean a. spacious with a lovely attractive interior. Hotel rooms are well sound insulated a. well double glazed so they are quiet rooms a. the balcony views are amazing. The beds are very comfortable. The staff were excellent, very helpful, kind a. experienced a. were always smiling a. helpful. We would definitely go back to this Leonardo a. indeed try any other Leonardo Hotel based on this experience.

Hotel is fine, location really good regarding the beach. A bit old, e.g. air conditioning not well adjustable and blowing directly in the bed. The pillows were quite poor. However, the breakfast was good, cleaning good, quiet environment.

There is no soap for handwash, this is basic at even a low category hotel, very disappointing at a 4 star hotel! No glasses in the room for drinking water or toothbrush, also a must at this category. It is a shame that these small things define our stay. On the other hand the breakfast is exceptional.

Excellent location with excellent staff. Third visit having B&B. This was the busiest time we had stayed but service was excellent. Only disappointment was no apple cake as in past with plenty of choice for chocolate lovers. Still excellent.
