Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This was a bit of a different visit. I have been going to this hotel for 19 years and will go no where else. When I inquired I was only able to check in for the one night. Monday October 14th but the person I was speaking to asked if I wanted to check in for 3 nights and I couldn't because of flying out on the Wednesday morning. I was forced to get another hotel which I was not pleased about. I left it until I was in Germany for the 2 months where I visit every year. I phoned the hotel again with no good results due to the Book Fair in Frankfurt; then I realize I would try to book in for 3 nights which I did cancelling my other hotel. So I actually paid for an extra night so I could stay with you. And I would do it again. That is how much I appreciate staying there so thank you.

The hotel is more like a retro hotel. The furnishings reflect this. Old worn furniture, uncomfortable rooms. The blankets were tight and short and the room was cold at night. The price was very high for the condition of the hotel. Breakfast was varied and ok. The reception staff were slow.

I enjoyed my stay at the Leonardo hotel. The gentleman who checked me in was really friendly and tried to accommodate my wishes. The lady at the breakfast room was also friendly. The hotel clearly has seen better days but in general it is kept clean and presentable. The breakfast is very good with a variety of food to choose from. - bathrooms need to be renovated and bathtubs reduced. I look for a quick and comfortable shower and prefer not to climb in or out of a bathtub - the pillows need to have some variety * the parking fee is very high comparing to the cost of the room.

It has been the ideal place to stay a night when i have a flight to catch the nect day. The conveince of the hotels proximity Frankfurt airport is ideal for i need to catch an early flight the day. Additonally it is very well staffed clean, and, comfortable place whilst being reasonably priced. Perfect suited for my means.
