Stayed at a few nyx and this was the worst. Not even a photo booth.

I forgot my phone in the room and the staff was so friendly to check the room and found my phone. They gave it to my collegue who was still in the hotel.

I'm very satisfied with my stay in your hotel. The only thing that needs improvement - and that's the main problem of all the German and Austrian hotels I had stayed in before my visit on your hotel - is a poor variety of vegetables in your breakfast menu. Add at least some fresh bell peppers and I'd be more satisfied. Otherwise the quality of food is very good.

Such a fun hotel, my first stay in an NYX. Great decor, really fun. We booked a suite which had some lovely quirky features including a record player! Very spacious, comfy bed. Some bathroom products provided. Suite had separate lounge area which could convert to a double sofa bed and own TV, plenty of space if used this way. Main bedroom with king size bed which was very comfy. This space also has its own TV and there is a dining area with table for 4 to the side and empty fridge plus separate stocked mini bar. Spaces are not private but well separated from each other. Great breakfast and fun bar area. The only downside to the hotel is it's not quite central, but one stop on the train (station is at the end of the street) and you're at the main station Haptbahnhof

Could not fault the hotel and staff as they were both amazing. In terms of Hamburg I am very well travelled and would say if the Xmas markets wasn’t on there isn’t much to do. It was good to visit but probably would not return, I would definitely look at the chain/brand of hotel again in a different destination.

We were not good friends with the common quilt, and were happy to change to two separate quilts. This gave a better sleep.

I found this hotel during my first trip to Hamburg. The location was perfect for all of my needs, and affordable. I have since been back to the city 3 times and always find this hotel to be my favorite. They not only had my room ready early, they made sure my stay was without issues. I had to book 3 separate reservations, and they made it easy to keep my room. The reception was wonderful and super friendly. The room was comfortable and the bed was perfect to get a good sleep in. It is a quiet location, close to the train into the city center. However, the walk to the Christmas Markets only took 20 minutes. It is super safe and clean in the area too. As an American traveling, usually alone, they make me feel safe too. They will most likely be my hotel of choice when I return in February too. Make sure to try it, it’s worth the stay and I am sure many others will enjoy it.

Thank you, the stay was really comfortable, pleasant. Breakfast is amazing, very big choice. One employee of the evening bar was not very nice, he kept giving us all kinds of comments for several evenings. The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, but the water from the shower ran straight into the bathroom, and the mini bar was not refilled every day..these are small nuances, but they add up to the overall experience of the visit :)

Frictionless check-in and friendly staff. Breakfast is very good (More than necessary if you ask me). Room and bathroom is very good. The Gym needs pull up bars :)

Lovely stylish room 💜 very good breakfast ☕️ we got dinner on evening 2 and it was delicious. Not enough parking space is the only little minus.

Clean, modern hotel one stop from central station. No restaurants or pubs around the hotel, everything is nearer town which is half hour walk or few stops on train.

This is a great hotel for business. The rooms are super comfortable and imaginatively decorated. They have a cosy yet cool vibe. The bar downstairs is buzzy. I was disappointed that for the price no extra toiletries were provided - you just get squirty low quality soap and shower gel. The reception staff provided me with some body lotion. There is a coffee machine but no way to make tea - unless you know to ask for a kettle. There is no milk. I asked for milk late in the evening and the bar tender was off-hand, not friendly at all.

First of all, the hotel is very conveniently situated, close to many of the city's attractions and the S-Bahn station, but at the same time the neighbourhood is quiet. The interior decor is definitely memorable and unique, both in the lobby and in the rooms. Our room was equipped with everything we could need for a pleasant stay, it was also visibly clean and well maintained. The walls were indeed soundproof - we couldn't hear the slightest noise from other rooms. The hotel staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend the NYX!

Overall a very pleasant hotel

I liked the hotel very much. Excellent location - close to the metro. Excellent breakfasts. The room was clean. I liked everything. The only drawback is the mattress by the bed is too soft. But that's my personal opinion.

The price for a bed with breakfast was a bit higher than expected, but the service quality is good.

All staf members were extremely nice and helpful Young and eager - Perfect!!! The hotel is on great location. Walking distances from Metro and Train. The hotel has a nice carpark. Would definitely recommend this hotel !

Hotel has direct access from/to both of airport and Messe, super nice. I can rate 9.5 of 10, and add more vegetable in breakfast, it could 10 of 10.

First the negatives, there's two: - Bigger issue is the location, if you're not big on walking, you cannot get anywhere without the train. Station is only a few hundred meters away and Hamburg has excellent public transportation, so not that big of a thing, had to mention though. No shops or anything that close. - We we're in a suite and the bathroom door was a sliding door with a big (ish) gap. So you know, sitting on a toilet while the missus is hanging around the room was kinda fun! But small things basically. Visually the hotel is stunning, very creative and nice decor. Clean and chic. Food and cocktails we're very good. Service was very polite and the bartender guy was funny and attentive. A bit overpriced "suite", since it pretty much was a "deluxe" room with a sofa. But still, would stay again!

Hotel parking did not have space for all guests and it was difficult to find other parking Very nice breakfast buffet, nice and service minded staff and the hotel seemed very popular as the restaurant was almost full in the mornings.

We loved the hotel from the moment we arrived there were "wow" moments with the staff being helpful and providing a good service. We loved the quirky décor and the general feel of the hotel with nice little extras such as the free games, water, and sweets. Our room was what was needed and very comfortable.

I can only say positive things about the hotel. We were treated exceptionally well from the beginning to the end of our stay. Great location, excellent quality-price range, extremely professional staff, clean, comfortable.

My friend and I booked this hotel for our stay in Hamburg when we were in town for the Taylor Swift concert, and because neither of us had been to Hamburg—let alone Germany—before, we were sort of blindly booking hotels for this trip. We ended up picking this one because it was such a reasonable price and looked nice, but what we didn’t know what just how nice and convenient it was! The hotel is right down the block from the nearest S-Bahn station which just so happened to have a stop at the stadium. So if you’re in town for a show at Volksparkstadion, this hotel is perfectly located! It also was a short train ride to the central downtown area of Hamburg, but you can even walk that distance in what I want to say was like half an hour! All to say, the location of this hotel is great, and the area is quiet and super safe! The staff was also so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Even with things like us needing scissors at one point, they were there to help us! We didn’t get to spend as much time at the bar as we should have, but my friend and I both got espresso martinis before leaving for the concert, and the bartender made KILLER espresso martinis! And we’re tough critics because we’re bartenders ourselves! The rooms were super comfortable and cute, with plenty of outlets by the beds for charging phones (ALWAYS appreciated!). The bathrooms were also nice with a heat light for when you get out of the shower and great water pressure! The only thing I wish we had had in our room was an ironing board and iron, but I honestly don’t know how common that is in European hotels, and I’m the only one of my friend group who ever even cares about that, so that’s just a me thing! But yes, overall, this was an incredible experience at NYX Hamburg! We will definitely be booking with them again if we ever find ourselves in Hamburg in the future!

Everyone was really nice and helpful, the room beautiful, the hotel pretty, and the food was good. Just prefect!

Nyx was a great hotel to stay in for my trip to Hamburg, was located within a few minutes of 2 metro stations that gave you access to all of Hamburg including the airport. It was exceptionally clean and the staff extremely helpful when needed. The bed and room was comfortable to stay in. The only thing that could of made the room better was a stronger AC, it was fairly warm when I stayed in Hamburg and unfortunately the AC didn't do too much to help

I have stayed in many good hotels and the NYX is a very good hotel. Clean, good facilities, good staff and a good breakfast. The external area to the dining room is a great space. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
