Dear Leonardo Hotel Karlsruhe, I have lived in Leonardo Hotel Karlsruhe from 19 December to 22 December. The original price is 368 Euro. During this stay, the room condition of the heater doesn't work well. I talked with the staff (an employee from Leonardo Hotel in Baden-Baden) in reception. He went to my room to check and find it did does not work. He would like to change another room in 10th floor, yet without a lift to reach. My family do not wish to change the room with lots of luggage to the floor without lift. The staff thus gave me ~75 Euro discount. When I check out, the reception told me the current price is 294.48 Euro. Thanks! however, due to I have paid the money while I booked the hotel online via booking, Please tell me how can I get the money of ~75 Euro back? All the best! Thanks! Leonardo Hotel Karlsruhe is nicely located close to highways and close to the nice part of the city center with restaurants, shops, parks and landmark places. Very convenient parking garage right next to the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, windows can be opened. We all had a very good night rest.

Excellent place, friendly staff. upgraded us to suits as one bed was short in the room. Did not cause any fuss in upgrading. car park is payable but secure and next to hotel. I cannot remember the names of staff but all were excellent and professional.

Special remark for his professional but very welcoming communication skills. He's an valueble asset in your hotel. Too bad that we didnt noted his name. He is originally from the Phillipines.

Mr. Marcio da Silva was very, very helpful and friendly at a moment when I wanted to change the hotel due to the automatic replies and delay in guaranteeing me that my kind request for a room in Leonardo Hotel will be taken into consideration. He solved the issue fast and in a very professional way! Thank you one more time!

Enjoyed staying at Leonardo, fantastic value for money, most helpful staff and good amenities. This is an older hotel that's been renovated to a modern and very comfortable standard. The breakfast was great as well. I stayed with my teenage daughter and would definitely stay again

Truly excellent hotel! Excellent location 8 minutes from the station. Super friendly staff, spotless rooms, hot and cold drinks and biscuits always available at reception. A very varied breakfast with every food you could want. I highly recommend it!!!!

With a discount rate price is good but I would not go there at full rate

We received a very warm welcome and were treated to a glass of prosecco on our arrival. All questions and requests were efficiently answered/actioned. Very happy customer! :-)
