We were very happy with our long stay at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel. Check in/out was super easy. We had 2 rooms, both rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety of food. We walked everywhere and it was a convenient location to food and the metro station.

Very quiet location with the metro station quite close. And of course 30-40' walk from the heart of Madrid (e.g. Plaza Mayor, Sol and other famous districts). Very helpful staff. Daily cleaning service concerning the room! On the contrary, the single room I stayed in, was small. It could also have a regular chair with a back in the room, although for anyone who wants to work (teleworking, etc.), the reception hall is quite comfortable and suitable for such use. I think a rate close or upper than 8.5/10 is a fair rating. If i was about to visit Madrid once more, i would give it a shot, again.

The Leonardo Boutique Hotel was there to provide us valuable accomodations, a simple enjoyable breakfast when we had a busy schedule, and understanding where things were with regards to the hotel. Bravo to your entire staff. You have started my trip to Spain on a very high note.

The maid staff did an excellent job making the beds with quality linen. Very flexible on cleaning room afternoon when we had late starts.

What a joy it was to find the Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Madrid. It's location is ideal. It's close enough to the lively center, but quiet enough to get some good rest. The staff was welcoming. The breakfast was a good start to the day. The room was a decent size. The bed was a little firm, but otherwise, the stay was perfect.

Good communication, better reception and great assistance from all staff.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and had a very good breakfast in the morning. Some street noise on the first floor, but we returned a week later and stayed on the 4th floor and had no street noise. Location was perfect for our needs, but a 30 minute walk to the center if a person is visiting to see the sights. There are cafes nearby and the walk into the center has lots of dining options along the way.

Stayed for 6 nights in November. The WiFi was good and the bed was comfortable. The room was close to the elevator so there was some noise early in the morning but nothing extreme. The shower was of good quality and strong pressure and the shower gel and shampoo were a pleasure to use. We also had a balcony which was spacious and with decent views of the city. I'd visit again
