I booked the hotel in an emergency as my flight got cancelled. A colleague recommended it and it was much better than my expectation.

Distance from lift to room way too long, otherwise excellent, no microwave

The additional food, bar service, music put on by the hotel due to a concert nearby [that we attended] made the stay even more enjoyable.

It would have been good if there were toiletries to buy at reception. It is a long way to the nearest shop.

Excellent hotel branch! I stayed at this hotel in Brighton and Munich and there are no complaints.

Even tho we mistook this hotel with the other Leonardo Hotel at the city center, we have absolutely no regrets staying here. The staff is great, the hotel super clean and chic, and the food amazing. Also, it's super accessible by subway, since there is a bus and subway station 5 min from the hotel. Totally recommend it and would definitely come back.

Hotel was very pleasant, modern and clean with friendly helpful staff. It was ideally situated to enable us to walk to the event which made the evening easy to plan.

Good food

We loved the appearance and location of the hotel. 1 downside is that we couldn't reserve a parking spot to charge our electrical car, knowing we came from far and only for 1 night. On the other hand I can understand the opinion of the hotel that they can not reserve the spot as it is first come first serve. We were just lucky to have 1 open spot of the 2.

We were a family with one teenager stranded in Munich for 4 days due to flight cancellations in early December, huge snow and very cold, not knowing where we would leave. The hotel was under pressure to cater for a larger than usual crowd due to the same situation. With the exception of the buffet dinner, they managed very well. Room was good, one exception, the couch for the child was not comfortable. The hotel is not cheap but well located near the BMW World (15 minutes walk) which my son enjoyed a lot, and super easy subway access to city center. Also quiet and open area. It helped improve an unpleasant situation....

The hotel is a little outside of the city center, which is not bad if you would like to have a wonderful sleep time at night, but it is very well located near the U-Bahn so you can get to the city center in 15 minutes. You also have the option to visit the Olympia park and a big outlet for shopping if you wish to stay within the area. Finally, this hotel has the best breakfast buffet I had in Germany so far after 4 years of traveling all around the Country.

We stayed here during our time in Munich. It was perfect! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delcious. The staff was amazing. We will stay here again!

It was very nice to be in the hotel. Having a closed car park was also a very good opportunity.

Very comfortable, modern and well maintained hotel with a nice atmosphere including in the lobby. Very good location- safe area, easy to access city centre (in 15 min) due to metro station nearby. Staff at the reception excellent - very polite and ready to help. Parking at underground garage excellent- spacious, clean, safe. A pleasant surprise the coffee maker in the room (seems not obvious for hotels in Munich). Booking in hotel’s website really easy & includes a discount for members. Cleanliness of room could be improved in details (eg only one of two coffee cups was replaced daily by a clean one) . Overall superb; I would definitely come back.

Great hotel in a very good location. If you are visiting BMW Welt and Museum this is a perfect place to stay.

The hotels is great, It fells very new and modern, it is in a very quiet area but also very well connected U-Bahn and transportation. The staff were friendly and welcoming Highly recommended
