Berlin, 19. November 2024. Leonardo Hotels has been rewarded for its impressive presence and activity on kununu, the leading employer ratings platform in the German-speaking world. More reviews, an improved score and a higher recommendation rate have led to recognition in the form of a Hospitality HR Public Award. The prize ceremony took place during the Hospitality HR Summit staged by the German Hotel Academy (DHA). The Hospitality HR Public Awards are conferred annually and are organised by the DHA in conjunction with the German Hotel Association (IHA) and kununu itself. The hotel group was praised for proactive communications and for its close networking with employees and applicants.

Handelsblatt und Capital both pay tribute to the hotel chain’s outstanding training concept

Berlin, 07. November 2024. Leonardo Hotels has received dual confirmation that it is one of the very best companies in Germany when it comes to delivering training. The hotel chain was named number one in the hotel sector in a “Best Trainers of 2024” study commissioned by the business newspaper Handelsblatt. In the cross-sectoral category, the company even made it into the top 10 of all companies providing vocational education and training. The magazine Capital has also conferred a “Germany’s Best Trainer 2024” award on Leonardo Hotels in the “over 2,000 employees” category. In this case, we won recognition for our performance in the areas of training and of dual higher education study.

Creative passion leads to an appearance in the final

Berlin, 22 October 2024. “Hospitality is the greatest business in the world,” states the 35-year old sous chef Christoph Ehler from the “Levi” Restaurant at the Leonardo Royal Nürnberg. On 21 October, this enthusiasm took him all the way to the final of “Chef of the Year”, one of the most prestigious live contests in high-end gastronomy in the German speaking countries.
