To qualify for the Price Match Guarantee, the following terms and conditions apply:

- The Price Match Guarantee applies only to exactly matching room types, stay dates and conditions of sale.
- The Price Match Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on another website at the time of verification. It does not apply for lower room rates that are not available online to the general public such as private, member-only, package, corporate, travel agent or conference rates and any rates that are targeted towards a specific group of individuals and not the wider public. Subsidized rates from 3rd parties are also excluded.
- If a price is indicated in a currency other than that of the local hotel currency, we will convert this price into the local hotel currency; the exchange rate used will be the exchange rate applicable via Leonardo Hotels Official Website at the time when your booking was made;
- All terms of the comparison rate including, but not limited to pre-payment, deposit, number of guests, or other requirements must be equal in all respects to the terms found on Leonardo Hotels Website for your claim to be valid. For example, when you book a room that may be cancelled without penalty on Leonardo Hotels Website, you may not compare it to a room with a pre-paid or non-refundable price on another website.
- Sites that do not reveal the hotel brand name until after the payment has been completed (including bidding sites) do not qualify for this Price Match Guarantee.
- Refund does not apply to any additional charges beyond reservation, including taxes, service charges, food or drink or other charges.
- All claims are subject to verification by us. We must be able to verify all elements of the claim and the required terms found on the alternative website at the time the claim is processed.
- Unless prohibited by law, we reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer and the terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
- You must contact us using the online general request form within 24 hours after completing your valid room booking on this website to make a claim under the Price Match Guarantee. The lower room rate must be available for booking at the time of claim verification and must be lower than that found on Leonardo Hotels Website, as determined by our customer service representatives.
