Love the proximity to Wein train station. Very comfortable hotel. Room was excellent. I loved the firm mattress on bed. Staff were very accommodating. Close to numerous restaurant options.

Overall everything was great except the fact there is only coffee machine and no kittle to make tea (tea is provided in the room), while the hot water from the coffee machine is not good for tea. Also didn't get any new or clean cups after cleaning service (the cups were is use the day before)

If you have only short time to visit the Vienna it is very useful to have your hotel really next to the Main Railway station. You can just leave your lagguages for free at the reception and start to descover the beautiful capital of Austria. Besides its perfect location the clearwater station is also a very usefull service of the hotel.

The hotel is situated closed to the railway station and underground. We had accomodation with breakfast where everyone found what likes.

Check in was very good, room was good (really comfortable bed and pillows), breakfast was not to my liking for the price paid. Staff we had dealings with were polite and professional. Will definitely be using the hotel group again.

Excellent hotel right across the road f. the Vienna main Train Station. Huge and tasty breakfast offering. Our room was clean, modern and quiet. The Leonardo exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

If you do online checkin, then you don't spend time at the reception, you just get your room key. Polite staff. Location is close to Wien Hbf so it's easy to go everywhere. Good and diversified breakfast, clean room. The only thing I would mention is the Wifi.. If you need to work or having online meetings, then you need to go at the restaurant, because in the room I had low speed.

Very good hotel in a perfect position close to the Central Station, reached in 20 min from the airport by train.

Hotel is easily accessible from the airport and an ideal location to be able to reach the city centre and surrounding areas. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff all friendly and helpful. Shiuld I return to Vienna I would very likely to stay at the Leonardo Hauptbanhof Hitel again.

Overall experience was outstanding. From breakfast, to the staff to the great idea of the central still and sparkling water in the foyer. Great location opposite the Wien HBF train station that takes you everywhere - clean, fast and reliable. My family and I had a great experience and your wifi was great for my kids entertainment after those long days site seeing your beautiful country. We highly recommend the Leonardo Hotel and will be back to one day soon.

We stayed at the hotel with an authistic child. We requested a possibly quiet room-and our wish was absolutely fulfilled. The stuff was very helpful-especially the reception team's friendliness was extraordinary. The hotel has a big storage room and clean toilets to use in case you would arrive early or leave later. We are happy about choosing this hotel which totally worth its price. Highly recommended.

Very nice and clean hotel, directly at the main station, easy access to all public transportation to go anywhere in Vienna!also outside of the hotel its a very quiet area, for that that it is at the main station.i recommend it to everybody who just needs a nice place to sleep and have a good breakfast.

I sell hotels for my clients, this is my industry. Overall great location and brand new property. We stayed 3 nights. However .I feel that it was not enough environmentally friendly. Bathroom, it should have been an option to change the towels or not everyday . Bathroom, shampoo, hand wash liquid device. It was so hard to get it out of the bottle that I had to pull it out and dismantle everytime I washed my hands . That was the main issue I had, apart of that . All good

If I have to come back to Vienna, I would definitely go to this hotel because it is very close to the airport and the city center. The proximity is very great. The room is clean, the staff is nice however, we have been bothered a few times by the cleaning staff which is disrespectful so I would recommand you to be careful.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, good central location, the main train station is nearby, also supermarkets.The lobby is nice and very inviting, the rooms have quality mattresses. We would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends.
