Generally a good stay, convenient to visit Shonbrun, very close to the metro, close to the city center. Nice breafkast with good coffee, underground parking (quite expensive :( bit thats life in Wien) A bit more attention to the cleaning. Towels in the room old and one with dirty :( a lot of dust Some plates in the breafkast room should be replaced, they look very used… For a short stay I recommend without any problem

The hotel is next to the U-Bahn and there is a Spar, DM and Billa supermarkets right next to it as well as a Pharmacy so the location is perfect. The breakfast is good, has a good enough variety and is relatively cheaper if comparing with same foods and drinks in a cafe in Vienna. I expected it to be more clean for its rating but it's okay for a few days. The stuff is really nice and friendly. Here you can bring a dog with too and it's good for families as well. Overall a good and good in price hotel for a visit in Vienna.

The rooms were really clean, and big, all we missed from the bathroom is some vanity stuff, like cotton pads. Also there was a construction near the hotel, our room looked over to it, and we didn't get any info about it in advance or during check in.They started to work at 6.30 am, the noise wasn't that bad overall, but it was not so comfortable to wake up like this. Breakfast was good, lot of options to choose from. Only thing is that the cakes were eaten by 9, and it looked like they did not refill it after. Breakfast staff was really hard working, cleaning the tables right after somebody left.

The hotel is great! The things we liked: - friendly staff - great location (right across the street from the subway) - big spacious underground parking (suitable for big cars also) - clean rooms - tasty and rich breakfast - good internet connection - bar inside the hotel

Nice and smooth stay. Only comment is there are no sockets near the bed and minimal lighting only we have in the room.

Hotel is too far from the city centre. Underground is right opposite to the hotel which is quite handy. Reception staff were far too busy to explain to us about breakfast room or to request cleaning of the rooms on ipad in the room. I had checked in online so we were just given the room key card. It would've been helpful to explain about room and breakfast area.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, and ideally situated near an underground station for easy access to all areas of Vienna. It is walking distance from the Schonbrunn Palace, where we enjoyed the Christmas market. Breakfast is substantial and the staff work hard to clear tables and replenish the great variety of food, although pastries ran out at times. The rooms are quiet and clean, but I would have liked larger bath towels. Overall, a good value hotel for a visit to Vienna, and we will definitely return.

Very nice employees, clean, comfortable, nice room size, maybe to think about some more bathroom equipment ( shampoo to be easier to use, for example) General impression is very good and will come again.

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean the staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is Excellent. I can not say any bad thing…we will come back. The gratis amenity in our room was heartwarming. Thank you very much!

We stayed as a couple at Leonardos for 5 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and very clean (they cleaned every day). We especially liked that it was so quiet. The hotel is very close to the subway (just at the other side of the road) so even if its outside central Vienna there is not a problem. We didnt try the breakfast, but did buy breakfast at the Spar just next door. There are not many restautants around, but since its easy to take the subway thats not a problem. The hotel had a litte shop with beverages which we tried and it was good! We would like to recommend this place!

Employees are great. It's right next to U-Bahn, so you can be in anywhere in just minutes. Room's and bathroom's need some new refresh, but all in all, very good
