Everything is great, but it would be nice with müsli without chocolate or just some plain oat

Lovely staff. Clean and tidy rooms and good selection at breakfast. Especially loved the selection of drinks and breads. My only suggestion for improvement would be to put 2 single beds in most of the accessible rooms. My partner cannot sleep in the same bed as me due to his particular disabilities, which meant we had to have adjoining rooms. Although we were given a good discount and the staff were very helpful, it did mean extra expense and some inconvenience. That said, I felt all staff were exceptionally friendly and professional and recommend the hotel to anyone. It is also very convenient for trams and underground and there is an excellent restaurant across the street.

We got a discount code and the price for value was unbeatable for Vienna that is the main reason for choosing Leonardo for our two night overlay in Vienna. We choose Leonardo WestBahnhaupf because in the past we stayed at Ibis near by, we know the area and it is really close to Maria HilfS. Unfortunately you must due diligence and notice your first time clients that Vienna has changed and is full of aggresive homeless/vagrant people. We were really happy that a Billa opened at WestBahnhaupf but after 21:00 this supermarket was unreachable because of the 10++ vagrants arguing and fighting in that area, police was nowhere in sight. Regarding the actual hotel, we got a bussiness room on the 5th floor and to be totally honest some features were a bit lacking. I am a tea fan but i did not use the electric kettle due to it's poor condition ( the brand logo was warn out, the actual heating coil inside had seen better days and was full of scale or even rust) . A previous client used his shoe to kill a mosquito on the ceiling ( there was a small blood stain in that area and the shoe print quite visible) . The hair drier even though it was usable had some cracks on the side. The shower cabin wall had some small mozaic tiles missing and the rubber fixtures were not very well mounted and water kept getting out of the shower. The water temp kept fluctuatimg regardless of the our of the day. We liked the bed, we liked the ergonomic chair, we liked the complimentary sparkling water, we liked that you encouraged your clients to bring their own food and keep it in the fridge. We like the diversity of the food at breakfast. We liked that there were emough power outlets in the room. You should advertise the gym on the 8th floor. It has 3 equipments perfect for someone looking for some exercise during their stay. I did not use it since we only booked two nights and i was told it was only open till 21:00, advertise it more at checkin and keep it open for longer hours, maybe even 24/7 like 25Hours Hotel in MQ Wien does 🥰. We did not like that the TV started on an Israeli channel and that Al Jazeera was blocked, it appeard on the channel list but it had no service In 2024 we do not support anything that has to do with Israel, and upon writting this i see your CEO was born in Israel 😢. Overall we liked Leonardo for the price per value and if we will get similar discount codes in the future we most probably will chose Leonardo in cities like Wien, Amsterdam, Berlin or Budapest.

This hotel is wonderful. The General Manager, Elisabeth allowed us to postpone our stay by 4 years due to COVID19. This was the most amazing act of professionalism. A big thank you to Elisabeth. In regards to the hotel, our room was very comfortable. The bed allowed for a great sleep. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. There are 3 elevators so the wait time is minimal. The only complaint is that the Fit Room on level 8 is very hot. There are air conditioning units, but I couldn't see any way of turning them on. Perhaps if I'd asked at reception this could have been resolved. Overall, a great hotel and very close to trams and trains. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Vienna.

When we come to Vienna, there is no second thought - we always choose Leonardo Mariahilferstrasse! The location, value for money, and friendly professional staff - these are what we appreciate most about Leonardo. Best of luck to the business and all the best to the staff!

The staff in the dining room were really kind and wanted to help. Sometimes there was a problem when the plates ran out, milk, it took a while until they noticed it was missing. The reception staff was really kind and helped as much as possible with directions and explanations about the sites and trains in the city. Regarding the gluten-free food, it was a bit disappointing. The bun arrived very dry and when I asked to warm it up a little, the staff did not understand what I meant. But overall it was fine.

We are recurrent customers and we always choose Leonardo for its location and loyalty program. This time, thanks to Attila, our stay was exceptional! He helped us by fulfilling our requests (bathrobe, etc.). The only thing I would like to mention is that there was no shelf near one bedside and there was only one chair in the room and no armchair, as it used to have been earlier. It would have considerably improved our comfort during the stay. Otherwise, everything was nice and pleasant.

Staff at the reception are great, helpful and let us good service. The rooms and the hotel are clean. We love this hotel, we back again. His place is great near Maria hiller street

The hotel is a boutique hotel in an excellent location near the train station and at the beginning of Maria Hilfer Street, I am a club member and we celebrated a wedding anniversary there, they brought us fruit and wine, at the same time I would have varied the breakfast which would be a little different
