The hotel is close to the motorway so made a good stop off back to the UK. The hotel was clean. reasonable and modern. Food was good (portions far too big), but food and drink were relatively expensive.

My husband and daughter and I had 2 rooms here for one night as a stopover on our way to Austria. It was perfect for what we wanted, clean with comfortable beds and in a quite location. And car parking on site. The bar and terrace looked nice but we had already eaten. We were away early so didn't have breakfast. Have used Leonardo's before but they didn't honour our booking at Aachen during covid and we lost money, so we moved away from them, but this visit has renewed our interest in them. Overall a good visit. Would definitely go back again.

Clean, consistant quality/ I have stayed here many times, the hotel is also in a good position for an over night stop when traveling to italy.

The standard of this hotel is very good, clean, very comfortable, helpful staff, good facilities. My only minor complaint was the portion size of my dinner, small for the price paid. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent with great variety and quality. I often stay here on long journeys through Germany as I know its reliable quality accommodation.

We arrived very tired. The greeting was fantastic and all very helpful. Beds excellent and great shower. We really like walk in showers. Good breakfast. One tiny criticism - I would prefer to be able to fresh boil a morning egg.

I might say , that the price for Bar 🍸 and Restaurant is to expensive 🤔. If you want to try something else to eat or drink, you need a car ,cause there's nothing else near by. 😉

I just the entire experience was excellent and every member of staff were extremely professional and polite.

We stopped here for one night returning to UK from Austria. Check in was easy, and the rooms well furnished and comfortable. At weekends the restaurant and bar were not open, an d the vending machine options were not many, so perhaps bring your own snacks or evening drinks, but overall the hotel was pleasant and what we needed.
