Good hotel

We arrived late and the kitchen had already closed - the male managed went and made us some burgers ourselves! Lovely and delicious! We had a balcony with a lovely view. Very friendly reception staff. Clean room! Only thing I’d say is they get very hot in there. Free minibar Would come again!!

The front desk staff and the housekeeping and the restaurant staff everyone was so amazing and I had an incredible time, felt like I was with family and even though I was so far away from home. They made me feel welcome. I will definitely stay here again when I get back to Switzerland. The hotel was clean and nice the mini bar amazing, room super clean. The staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel special. I dont know if I am the lucky one to have chosen such an exquisite hotel or the hotel itself is truly blessed to have such an amazing staff. Kudos to y'll and keep up the good work:-) I am already missing all of them.

Excellent location with tram stops right outside and only a 15-minute walk to Zurich's main train station. The staff was very kind and helpful. Most importantly for me, the room was exquisite, probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever been in.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff was very communicative, the room well equipped and the breakfast very very good with a variety of choices.

From check in to check out i couldn't fault anything. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough including early and late check-in/out. The room had everything you could need. I just wish we stayed longer. Really was a brilliant stay and highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again to all the hotel team.

Hotel's shabby conditions are down-grading its potential, unfortunately. My first highly positive impressions after pleasantly welcoming experience at the reception were rapidly reduced by overall lower quality of almost everything else (but my room was acceptably clean). Please pay attention to conditions of breakfast: it is clear that the Burger Boutique is a convenient partner but it is also clear that this is not their main business. Coffee machine is in poor condition (when I prepared my morning cappuccino, half of milk just sprayed all around but not in my cup), 'recycled' food at the cold buffet...

Everything thing is very thoughtful for the customers. Staff are helpful and friendly. The complementary mini bar is excellent. A Dyson fan is provided. Nothing to complain at this price level. Highly recommended.

It is an excellent location, with lovely decor and music in the common spaces. The tram bus is a 1-minute walking distance, you have Coop on the corner and a lovely bakery in the front. The room with a balcony is my favorite, it is quiet, you have an amazing view, and more to that the crew is the best! Thank you for welcoming me back and letting me feel at home, again. In an ideal location with tram stop to airport/train station. Our room was very clean but needs an update....a new shower curtain and bathroom door needs to be painted. Otherwise...a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

We are satisfied with our staying in this hotel. Everything was according to the paid money. Goood location, close to the center. If we go to Zurich again, we will know where to stay. :)

I selected this hotel due to great reviews on booking.com and for the location. I am so glad we did! Loved the area, found some great restaurants, and great for walking around. The tram to the airport is just steps from the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and nice, the staff is welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is excellent with a large selection. The free mini bar is a lovely extra! We will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends!

It was a lovely hotel, a bit dated in bathroom and balcony was a bit dated and dirty but over all good. Room 119 was far for connection for WiFi

I loved Zurich, such a beautiful city. How wonderful to enjoy this place in such a nice hotel. Looking forward to my next reservation.

The Leonardo Hotel in Zurich was great! Although the rooms/bathroom are on the smaller side, the room provided everything we needed. The hotel was a great value for the amount of time we were staying. It is very close to the 9 & 10 Tram Lines, which allowed quick travel to down town, but also the hotel is close enough to walk to the center! Close to bakeries and restaurants. The room was clean and the water pressure was great! Only downside was the small shower and our safe was locked closed so we could not use it. Would stay here again!

All staff are very polite. But he has welcomed us when we first entered in the hotel.

Completely Satisfactoable

Excellent choice and very convenient location, tram stop just across the hotel. Tram 10 goes directly to the airport and also you can go to the city centre in 10 minutes walk. This is the 2nd time staying in the hotel. Will come back if I am visiting Zurich. Expensive breakfast, the only issue. I didn't try it.

The linoleum in the room is shabby. Otherwise OK.

Just a quick drive from airport. Or you could get a tram direct. A €10 UBER to the tour bus area between 4 adults a real bargain. A supermarket next door and a great pub a short walk away. Would go back in a heartbeat.
