We had a wonderful stay. The only complaint we had was about the outlets in the room. They do not fit adapters or a standard European plug. However, there were 2 USB ports so we were able to charge devices.

Very nice hotel with easy public bus access to airport. Clean modern rooms. Restaurants nearby. Control for heating or cooling the room was limited.

I stayed only for one night for a business meeting in Opfikon area. Hotel was in a convenient location close to the airport and meeting. My room was very clean and felt modern. The only negetive feedback for the stay was that there was no signal found for the TV, but the reception informed me about this at check-in at that they were working on to fix it. Another improvement suggestion would to have a small binder in the room for some guidance to the city and common things about the hotel. For example guidance how to use the coffee machine correcly. I had breakfast as a separate fee and the selection and quality of it was good. Check in was easy because you could prefill all the details in advance online with a link from an e-mail sent in advance. As a recommendation for travellers from the Nordic countries, I would recommend that you bring an adapter plug for the power socket that is hexagonal shape as round shape doesn't work.

Hotel is modern and clean. It is conveniently located by the airport, 5 min bus ride with a bus stop within walking distance. I recommend booking a room with breakfast, which was exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful with directions on how to get around town and what to see. Overall it was great experience. Highly recommend.

Totally recommend it / Great value. It is a very convenient hotel, well located and friendly with a nice lounge and restaurant. All you need while waiting for a flight.

Close to the airport, clean, quiet, safe. Stayed for one night couldn't fault it really. Lights in room a bit confusing, had to remove a lightbulb because I couldn't work out how to turn off one side light.

Good way to come by car and stay with acceptable Parking price close to the airport of Zürich. Very clean and friendly hotel. Very supportive Staff

Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would recommend. Despite not receiving information about the shuttle service at check-in, the room was exceptional and the food at the restaurant for dinner amazing. Reception at check-out was also very helpful in rectifying how I wasn't informed about the shuttle and told me more about the bus close by, especially since I was traveling alone from another country.

Great staff always so friendly, great location to the airport a trains a bus bones every 5 mins to bring you. Breakfast is so nice they make fresh omelettes for you. The only thing is the bed is so hard which done people love but I felt it was to hard.

Romanian receptionist was guide us a lot regarding local transportation. I couldn’t remember his name, I can remember his nationality which is Romania.

If you need to spend your day in the airport area, the Leonard is the best choice for ROI. It has everything you need, from comfort to technology and a good location, at a very acceptable price for the Zurich area.

Well located and clean room. Higher recommended when you visit Zurich. Bus stop near the hotel. Reasonable price with good facilities and clean room. You can arrange shuttle to airport at a small fee.

Really comfy mattresses and pillows, I had a nice sleep. Nice staff. The only issues that we had are the door of the bathroom doesn't close and open properly and Hairdrier didn't work whilst in heated mode.

You can't just push two twin beds together, with separate bedding, and pass it off as a double bed. Especially with tile/marble floors. I actually fell between the two mattresses onto the floor, pushing the beds apart and knocking over the lamp and night stand. If you advertise a double bed it needs to be one frame and one mattress twice the size of a twin bed.

ok, for next time i will arrange my time for check-in ;-) on check-out, business address which was written on online check-in must be on the invoice automatic, this take a long time until the staff get the business address on the invoice!
