• Elevator access to the pool complex is available through the lobby bar or via an accessible path at the hotel's front.
• Pool accessibility includes handrails, steps, ladders, and a lift chair in each pool (both indoor and outdoor).
• The Kids Club can be accessed through the indoor pool area.
• The synagogue is reachable via an accessible path.
• An accessible reception desk is located near the main entrance.
• Additional accessible facilities include the reception lobby, outdoor pool, and water park.
• Audio sets are available at all counters and food and beverage stations.
• Priority for early check-out and admission is given on busy days.
