Rena Health & Leisure at The Midland provides an exclusive space with a private membership cap of just 200 members. Enjoy first-class facilities, cutting-edge Pulse equipment that tracks your progress, and expert fitness and nutritional guidance from our personal trainers. When it's time to rest, rejuvenate with our thermal spa experiences.
